question: i'm daytrading ES and want to add TICK to my toolbox. Is a 2 minute delay too long? thanks.

I would say so. I use NYSE TICK on a 2 min chart.

I killed a good trade just now on my inability to think in the moment due to nervousness and being risk averse. So I found a technicality and used it to get out!
