Three Evidence-Based Psychological Methods for Changing Behavior

In my webinar later today, I will be focusing on three sets of techniques that I use regularly in my coaching practice:

1) Experiential approaches to break repetitive patterns that interfere with good trading;

2) Exposure techniques to overcome reactions to loss and trauma;

3) Solution-focused methods to build positive trading practices.

Over the next few days, I'll be posting more about these methods and, of course, the webinar will be archived by IOAMT and linked on their home page for those who can't attend the live event.

I had trouble using the link sent from IOAMT -- seemed to be bad. By the time I reregistered and got the proper link, it was 2 minutes into the event and the room had been filled to capacity. :-( I hope IOAMT posts the archive very soon.
