Note how the distribution of the NYSE TICK has shifted over the course of the day, with reduced downticking and increased upticking. The moving average of TICK has been moving steadily higher, from below zero to above, indicating growing buying interest off the market's lows.

Crazy how it seems nothing can keep this market down. Bad news, bad earnings, government subsidized industry - amazing.
