Can we give you credit for these observations?
My weekend thought: after finishing "Enhancing Trader Performance" I picked up "Outlier" by Malcom Gladwell. Maybe you already know, but it has some interesting connection with your book. If you are abouve a certain minimum threshold level to do something (your strenght) and you do something that you like (you found your niche), training and pratice it what you need to execel: how much? 10.000 hours. Ciao.
