A proprietary trading group that I'm doing a little work with is seeking a full-time mentor and coach for their developing traders. Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
* Intraday trading in a proprietary trading environment;
* Use of trading technologies in a prop setting;
* Coaching and mentoring of traders.
I'm not a headhunter and receive no compensation for finding a good hire. Rather, I think this could be a good opportunity to make a contribution at a good firm and am happy to play matchmaker. If you go to the websites of various prop firms, you'll generally see if they're recruiting. Trader's Narrative blog has a very complete list of prop firms to check out.
